TYCE'S FIELD TRIP...

I was able to join Tyce on his field trip yesterday,It is always fun to go and see him with all his friends at school. For some reason he loves when I go I thought he would be embarassed by me but no he still loves me!And this time I even got to ride on the bus which was exciting I can't remember the last time I rode the bus,it was so cool! As we were driving one of the little girls asked me "Are you Tyce's mom?" I said "Yes" and she said "He is such a good boy!" Ha Ha I was instantly so proud of him!! It makes a mom feel real good when other people can see what you see in your child:)For the trip we got to go to Sparetime in Roy,lunch at the park and Kent's market. It was so fun I never got to go bowling for a field trip,the kids loved it. Tyce decided to tell everyone what a good bowler his mom is??? Yeah I wondered the same thing I don't remember me being a good bowler but when he told them this they all wanted to see my skills so I bowled once for Tyce and no I did not get a strike..HA HA At the grocery store they had the kids learn how to find the best price and nutritional facts and then they talked about produce and the vitamins in everything well at one point they talked about fiber and asked if anyone new what fiber was and what is does to you?? Tyce whispered in my ear "You know what fiber is and what it does to you, don't you." I started laughing so hard if any of you don't know I love fiber one bars and so do my kids so you can imagine what goes on in our house when we all eats those!!! It was great times,great times...Once again I just love my Tycer he is so amazing and im so proud of him,im proud to say im his MAMA on the bus:)

SOME MORE JEX...

So I have to write all this down to look back on when Jex is a teenager and I can tell him all these funny things, but I remebered a couple more!

-One night he was jumping on and off my bed running back and forth and he looks at me and says "Mom I think there is something in my belly making me go crazy!"

-The other day I changed Crew's diaper and I asked Jex if he would carry it outside for me and he said with a disgusting look on his face "S*** no that is so sick!"

No I am not proud he has a potty mouth but seriously he is killing me he is so funny each and everyday:)

SOME OF JEX'S FUNNY THINGS...

-On his birthday he asked me "Mom what did you name me when I was born?" I said "Jex silly!" and he was like "O you knew I would get bigger"

-We were at Target the other day and he started slapping my butt and yelling "Come on fat mama,Come on fat mama!" everyone in the store was laughing it was pretty funny:)

-Andy ordered some pizza the other night and as he was shutting the door Jex yelled "That guy had some BIG boobs,very big boobs"

-While him and Tyce were eating dinner the other night he looked at Tyce and said "Did you know I have boobs like mom?" and Tyce was like "That is disgusting Jex, you are so wierd!" I'm thinking Jex has an obsession with boobs right now I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing??

-While we were watching conference Jex asked "When does Heavenly Father speak I would really like to see him?" So I told him the men spoke for him. Later that day he asked my dad "Well if he can't speak to us can he at least wave?" he still to this day wants to know why exactly Heavenly Father is not on T.V??

I love children's thoughts on things they are so innocent and hilarious!!

DOWN AND DERBY...

Last night was so dang exciting!!! Tyce took 1st place out of 23 scouts in his pinewood derby..YES I still can't believe it, I don't think Tyce can either (haha). But really I can't expect any less with the help of his dad who we all know is very handy in building things and Tyce has got some of those skills also which is a good thing. I was telling Tyce this today and I said poor Jex I think has my skills which is not many but at least we are fun to be around right?? Tyce needed this so bad in his life right now sometimes being 1st gives you a little boost in life when you need it the most!! And no those are not stickers on his car his aunt Melissa painted it free hand, she is an amazing artist, I think that totally helped in winning the race:)Thanks to all of our family who came out and supported our Hootdog he is a special boy and loved by lots and lots of people!!

TYCE'S FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL...

Tyce started the 3rd grade,WOW time flies when your kid is in school and the homework gets harder!! Poor guy his mom is not very smart I decided...haha but luckily he is a very very smart kid I can't believe how he catches on to things. He is so good about just gettin up and ready he seems to really enjoy school mostly his friends but whatever keeps him focused right? He is also very by the rules kind of boy he listen to every word his teachers say and he will not stray what so ever, even down to what kind of drink he will take?? It's quite funny I must say:) I had to pull some teeth to get this cute picture of him but it was worth it, he is such a stud if I say so myself...

JEX IS OFF TO PRESCHOOL...

Yes our little Jexster started preschool this year it more to help cut the umbilical cord,he is a very attached child!! So the first day Tyce and I were getting ready and Tyce came up to me and said "Mom I would really like to go with you to take Jex to school I want to check it out." So I let him be late for school and come with us, we started putting his backpack away and then Tyce helped him take his shoes off cause it's a no shoe school,well as we headed downstairs the tears started it was so sad and Mrs. Jennie had to hold him so that we could leave. As we were walking out Tyce said "Poor Jex he has to learn to get use to school, maybe next year mom we should try the little red school house." I said "I don't think it's the school I think he just wants us:)" I just loved that Tyce is such a little man and taking care of all of us. This will be about his 3rd week now and he has cried everytime but this very last time he said "Mom i'm not going to cry anymore" cause he loves Mrs. Jennie!!!!

FISH FARM...

For Tyce's Birthday party I thought how about the fish farm all boys love fish.. and it turns out I was right they LOVED the fish!! It was such a fun thing to do with all those crazy boys after they caught their fish with their poles they all thought it would be a good idea to try and catch one with their hands I thought for sure somebody would fall in! As the boy's caught their fish we soon realized their were no men there to get the fish off the hooks for us so thanks to my aunt DD she was a trooper and took all the fish off for me:) For all the mom's of the boys I choose not to keep the fish cause they didn't have much meat on them and I really didn't want to haul all that fish home YUCK! But the poor boys were disappointed in me.. sorry boys!
